Roger is Vice President, Defense Enterprise Group, a business area of the Customer Solutions operating group of BAE Systems. He leads the group’s programs for US Defense customers in enterprise IT solutions, information assurance, mission applications and information management systems.

Since 2003, he has held a succession of leadership positions at BAE Systems, including vice president of Information Assurance and lead for the company’s strategic initiatives in IT solutions. He joined BAE Systems through their acquisition of DigitalNet Inc., where he was vice president, Solutions Engineering responsible for the vision, strategy and development of emerging technology solutions for Federal and Defense customers.

Roger is a veteran of start-ups, having founded three companies that included successful exits through acquisitions and initial public offerings. His previous companies and executive roles include ShadowLogic, Inc. (Chief Executive Officer), an information assurance services company; LaunchFuel, Inc. (Chief Technology Officer), where he helped to lead and guide a portfolio of startup companies through the development and venture funding of innovative information technologies; and AppNet, Inc. (Vice President) an Internet and electronic commerce professional services firm.
